As we age, we understand more and more the importance of health and fitness and keeping our mind and body in the best shape possible.  Unfortunately, by the time many individuals understand this, they have already begun to experience a level of decline with their joints and other physical attributes.  Because of this, it becomes more and more difficult to stay consistent with a fitness routine.  This page is dedicated to individuals who experience chronic or acute joint pain but are determined to achieve their best physique and feel the better than they ever have before.  Here you will find articles and blog posts related to improving or eliminating joint pain while also building muscle and achieving an elite physique.  We also offer personalized meal plans centered around foods that reduce inflammation of the joints and personalized training programs to gain muscle or increase mobility. 

MINDSET

When approaching fitness, mindset may be the most important aspect.  When it comes to fitness and “working out”, the main reason many individuals want to begin or improve is to enhance their appearance.  While that is understandable, it is usually not a sustainable approach for most individuals.  Especially for those of us 35 and over, an “elite physique” may not be attainable, but what we can strive for is feeling better mentally and find a way to achieve consistent energy and focus.  While striving for these two things, an enhanced and even an “elite physique” will come as a byproduct if there is consistency long term.  Along with energy and focus, joint pain can distract us from remaining optimistic about our fitness journey.  This site will provide many elements that can reduce or eliminate joint pain and offer training and meal programs to improve your physique at the same time.
